Pizza Dough
EditClassic Neapolitan-style pizza dough with a 24-hour cold ferment.

Ingredients
- 500 gram Bread flour
- 325 millilitre Water
- 2 teaspoon Fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon Instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Steps
- Combine flour and salt in a large bowl.(2 min)
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.(5 min)
- Pour water mixture into flour and stir until a shaggy dough forms.(3 min)
- Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.(10 min)
- Drizzle with olive oil, place in a bowl, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 24 hours.(1440 min)
- Remove from fridge 2 hours before use. Divide into 4 balls and let come to room temperature.(120 min)
